How do I choose my shade?

How do I care for it?

Luxe hair does not need frequent washing because it is synthetic, rather than human hair. Washing it every 20 wears is generally enough, though you can wash it sooner or later if needed. Use your usual shampoo; a hair mask is not necessary. You can blow-dry it or let it air-dry. Sequins on clothing are a particular problem for Luxe hair, just as they are for any hairstyle: hair catches on them, which damages the fibres. When wearing long extensions or a ponytail, avoid sequins on the back of your clothing. With the care described above, your extensions can last just as long as human hair, or even longer.        

Can I use heat on it?

Yes, but with a few precautions. Your straightener or curling iron must not exceed 180°C. Always test a small strand first to check the setting, as some tools may not display the actual temperature accurately. Once heat-styled, the hair retains its new shape even after washing. If you straighten curly hair, it will stay straight, and although it is not impossible, restoring the curls will be very difficult. If you curl straight hair, it will stay curly until you straighten it again. The key difference from human hair is that Luxe hair sets into curls as it cools. After removing the curling iron, keep the curl coiled until completely cool to achieve lasting curls. For tight curls, wrap the hair around a wooden handle or another suitable object that gives you the shape you want, run a straightener over it, and let it cool in that shape. Experiment with different techniques, always remembering that curls set as the hair cools. For further guidance, click this link to watch the video.    

How long does it last?

This is difficult to answer precisely. If the hair is not cared for, it will not last long — and the same is true of anything. However, if you follow the advice in the “How do I care for the hair?” section above, it can last for months or even years.

    Hello to the lovely LuxeHair team! My parcel arrived just now. Everything is perfect, and thrilled is an understatement. It reached Austria within three days. The hair is excellent quality. You cannot tell at all that it is synthetic, because it has a lovely natural-looking shine. It would be great if the Afro ponytail in Platinum were available for overseas orders too.     Pozdrav divnoj Luxehair ekipi! Malocas mi je pristigao paket. Sve je u najboljem redu, malo je reci da sam odisevljena. U roku od 3 dana paket je stigao u Austriju. Kosa je izuzetnog kvaliteta ne primecuje se ni malo da je sintetika u pitanju jer jako lepo sija kao prirodna kosa. Lepo bi bilo da u platinastoj boji postoji I afro rep za poruciti u inostranstvu. Nadam se da ce I te opcije ubrzo biti. Hvala vam najlepse na brzim javljanjima I odgovorima na moja pitanja. Sve preporuke.

    The most beautiful hair in the world. I have five different ponytails, seven-piece clip-ins and a U-shaped clip-in, and I am so happy. I never go to a hairdresser for special-occasion hairstyles because I am absolutely delighted with these products. Everyone admires my hair. I use the same length, so everyone even thinks it is my own 😉 That is my aim: to avoid colouring it often, while still looking amazing. Thank you, LuxeHair, for such beautiful products.     Najljepša kosa na svijetu, imam pet razicitih repova, klipsi u 7 dijelova, Uklipsu, super sam zadovoljna, nikada ne idem frizeru na svecane frizure jer sa ovim proizvodima apsolutno prezadovoljna svako se divi mojoj kosi,... Koristim duzinu istu tako da svi misle cak da je moja 😉, a to mi je i cilj da se cesto ne farbam a da izgledam fenomenalno, zahvaljujem se luxe hair na predivnim proizvodima i nikad necu preci na drugog proivodaca svek dok su ovako odlicni❤️stavit cu samo jednu sliku jer nemam puno slika a i da me moji ne prepoznaju 🫣
