How does it work?

Attaching it is very easy and does not require a trip to the hairdresser. Anyone can attach the ponytail at home in just 2 minutes. To help you, we have filmed an application video. Scroll down the page to watch it. 🙂  

How do I choose my shade?

How do I care for it?

Luxe hair does not need frequent washing because it is synthetic, rather than human hair. Washing it every 20 wears is generally enough, though you can wash it sooner or later if needed. Use your usual shampoo; a hair mask is not necessary. You can blow-dry it or let it air-dry. Sequins on clothing are a particular problem for Luxe hair, just as they are for any hairstyle: hair catches on them, which damages the fibres. When wearing long extensions or a ponytail, avoid sequins on the back of your clothing. With the care described above, your extensions can last just as long as human hair, or even longer.        

Can I use heat on it?

Yes, but with a few precautions. Your straightener or curling iron must not exceed 180°C. Always test a small strand first to check the setting, as some tools may not display the actual temperature accurately. Once heat-styled, the hair retains its new shape even after washing. If you straighten curly hair, it will stay straight, and although it is not impossible, restoring the curls will be very difficult. If you curl straight hair, it will stay curly until you straighten it again. The key difference from human hair is that Luxe hair sets into curls as it cools. After removing the curling iron, keep the curl coiled until completely cool to achieve lasting curls. For tight curls, wrap the hair around a wooden handle or another suitable object that gives you the shape you want, run a straightener over it, and let it cool in that shape. Experiment with different techniques, always remembering that curls set as the hair cools. For further guidance, click this link to watch the video.    

How long does it last?

This is difficult to answer precisely. If the hair is not cared for, it will not last long — and the same is true of anything. However, if you follow the advice in the “How do I care for the hair?” section above, it can last for months or even years.

    Hi, I have to praise you too. After choosing the wrong shade of clip-ins, I ordered a ponytail 🫣 It is affordable, so every girl can treat herself. I bought the ponytail a year ago and am hooked. Whenever there is an event, on goes the ponytail and my hair looks great. Everyone is amazed when I say it is not my own hair 🤣 The shades blend so well.     Cao ma moram i ja da vas pohvalim. Posto sam nijansu klipsi pogrijesila narucim rep🫣. Nije skupo tako da svaka djevojka moze sebi priustit.
    Rep kupljen prije godinu dana i “navukla se “kad god je kakvo desavanje ide rep i frizura top. I svi budu u cudu kad kazem da rep nije moja kosa 🤣 tako se uklopio rep u nijanse .     My ponytail arrived today — actually, two of them. Amazing! Easy to fit and, most importantly, completely natural-looking. In no time you have straight or curly salon-style hair. I was sceptical, but when they arrived, even the colour matched mine exactly. Excellent service: they are available for every question and concern. I certainly will not stop at these two.     Predobro, jednoatavno se postavlja a izgleda potpuno prirodno sto je najvaznije.
    Za tren oka imate ispeglanu ili kovrđavu kosu kao iz salona.
    Bila sam skepticna ali kada je stiglo jos boja u nijansu kao moja.
    Usluga vrhunska stoje na raspolaganju za sva pitanja i nedoumice, sigurno neću stati na ova dva.
    Preporuke svima koji nisu fanovi salona a žele lijep i uredno ispeglan / kovđav rep.
